POLICY DETAILS

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by 3 PM, 48-hours or 2 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel past the expiration of the cancellation period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be added to your credit card for one full night plus taxes and fees.

Concorso Italiano and other special events have different cancellation policies. Please call us directly for each event's cancellation policy.

Please note: There is a city tax of $1.50 per night which will be added to your final quoted price upon check in.

48 hours

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED

One child under the age of 13 stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under the age of 2 stays free of charge in a crib. Any additional older children or adults are charged $15.00 per person, per night when using existing beds. 

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost, and will have to be paid separately during your stay.

PETS

ADA Defined Service Animals are welcome at our hotel. Other pets are allowed in select rooms. There is a small $40.00 plus tax fee per dog, per night (maximum 2 dogs per room).

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. This hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

PARKING

Free and ample parking is available in our parking lot at Monterey Bay Lodge. Some rooms feature assigned parking, depending on room type.

Terms & Conditions

Upon check-in, we require photo identification, a credit card, and a security deposit of $150.00 (credit card required for security deposit).  All special requests are subject to availability upon check in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may require additional fees.
